June was quite the month, looking back on it, i realize. mama and Auntie Becky took me to the zoo one day and that was quite the morning. they walk so fast! i kept thinking one of the animals was chasing us, but they just kept saying how hot it was and we had to finish before noon. well, it was a 95 degree day, but they're the ones who wanted to go...like i have any say in these things. it was pretty neat though. i saw lots of animals for the first time! polar bears, kangaroos, tigers, monkeys, buffalo, and more. i missed the last half of the zoo though because i was so tired. ha ha...i was the smart one...i got wheeled around and napped while they had to push me around in that hot sun!
