i went to my first tiger's game yesterday! woo hoo!! wow, that was SO cool! there were literally thousands of people that go into this huge building called a stadium and in the middle of all these people is a playground, but it has no swingset. papa was explaining to me that there are four bases and the players hit a ball with a stick, oh, well, a bat it's called, and then they run around the bases. please, i could do that! now, i'm not sure if i could hit the ball as far as these guys did! the only thing that was tough about the day was i was too excited to eat lunch, so i started to get hungry in the middle of the game, and it was super hot out. we stuck it out until this thing called the seventh inning stretch, then headed home. we stopped outside to take a few pictures of me, since it was my first game! it was a long day, but i kept going, even in the car home i stayed awake almost the whole time. i'm pretty tired today though. i woke up at 4 am because i had gone to bed so early, it took mom an hour to convince me to go back to sleep. i guess i knew since the sun wasn't up yet, but i was ready to play! i know mama's pretty tired today too, but we're still going to go check in on grandmama as usual on mondays and we're going to go check out this park with auntie becky. we're always busy on mondays! i think even mama wishes we could just stay home today. i heard her say it's going to be a busy week.
