it's that time of year again. i barely remember last year's photo. i remember it was a lot warmer than this year. i was a teeny tiny baby and mama wrapped me up in a baby's first christmas blanket and put a "santa" hat on me. this year was really, really cold! we had just gotten a snow storm and daddy and mom really wanted to take this picture. we went out in the dark after the storm to a special spot -- they said they choose a new spot every year -- and mama acted all silly just to get me to smile. can you blame me for not smiling? it was windy, cold and i was in this silly snow suit!! i like our picture anyway. we sent out lots of cards to all our friends and family with this picture on it.
