well, it had to happen sooner or later. early last year, mama and auntie boo brought me to the dentist because mama thought i had a cavity. i wasn't very happy about that. mama tried to hold me on her lap, but our dentist, dr. homer just had a hard time looking at my teeth....okay, so i cried and refused to open my mouth.
in august, mama took me back to get my teeth cleaned. i was all ready for that, really i was this time. but, when we got there, the cleaning lady said dr. paul would have to tell us if it was okay that they clean my teeth because of my heart murmer (turns out, it's okay). but, i didn't get my teeth cleaned that day. she said i didn't have a cavity yet, but that i needed to really brush my teeth good, so i have been.
daddy took me back in december for my very first cleaning and i did great! my teeth are now all nice and shiny and i brush them really good with my tooth paste. i have orange AND strawberry toothpaste and sometimes i like mommy and daddy's mint toothpaste, too. the dentist gave me a bag of cool stuff, too. i got a new toothbrush and yummy bubble gum toothpaste.
