bbq blast!

this past weekend was super! i got to see my grandma flossie and grandad luke. i also got to see all my aunts and uncles, including auntie joslyn and auntie kim. uncle ron played "daddy day care" -- at least that's what everyone was saying -- with us. oh, us being my new friend sophia (not my other friend sophia, this sophia came all the way from germany! she's my uncle ron's niece) and my best buddy coen. he's getting so big! so big that he can push me over..hee hee! he's so strong!

i got to crawl all around grandma flossie and grandad luke's house and play with my friends and family and ace, the cute dog in the picture! here's a bunch of pictures from my fun day.

on monday mama and I went to meet our friend Miss Pat. mama used to work with her when she was a teacher on the weekends. Miss Pat gave me a really neat winnie the pooh lamp for my room -- thank you Miss Pat!! we had lunch with her and our waitress was really nice. she gave me banana slices and my own cup with ice water and a straw. i don't quite have the hang of the straw yet, but i liked having my own place at the table. i didn't do so well with the banana either. i'm not liking real solid food yet and ended up throwing up all over mom. oops!! i tried to say i was sorry, but all i could do was give her a smile and put my head on her shoulder. i did feel bad. after that, i was really tired, but i was still good until we left.

as usual, i got to go to grandmama's house afterwards! i was so happy because grandmama wasn't feeling too bad this monday! woo hoo! she even played with me for a while. i showed auntie becky and grandmama how fast i can crawl now. auntie becky swears i grow bigger every week. here's a couple pictures of me playing (i like the toys over there!).
