go morgan go!

i think i told you how my friend cali has a baby sister now called morgan. well, she's still in the hospital and her mama and daddy are really tired, but so happy she's here! so is cali and so am i and my mama and papa, too. my friend morgan is growing big and strong and i just know she'll get to come home soon so cali and i can play with her too.

well, my mama and papa had little parties for morgan's parents this weekend and it was really nice. daddy went golfing with his friends and mom brought me with her to a house party for morgan and cali's mom. we brought presents and food and i got to play with samuel, olivia and cali and my new friends andrew and ella and other kids too! oh, you know what's really neat...andrew and ella are growing up in the city where my mom grew up and my grandmama still lives!!

so, it was another long day of me struggling not to take a nap (who can sleep when people are partying?), but i did have some fun. i got to swing with my friends and play in the yard and we saw a caterpillar -- he was green -- and samuel helped me play on a rocking horse.

so, morgan -- keep growing big and strong! we have to start thinking about halloween and christmas!! thanksgiving is supposed to be fun too! well, maybe next year when we can eat "real" food!
