past the pox

let's just say, i sure hope i don't have to go thru that again! i got the "all clear" from doc paul yesterday. boy were mom and i relieved. i still have some spots, but they're just still healing and the doctor said i'm not sick anymore! woo hoo! that meant i got to visit grandmama yesterday, which is always nice. then tonight mom and daddy went out to dinner. i was kinda bummed they didn't take me and make a ton of complaining whines in the car. but, when auntie becky all of a sudden appeared in the back seat and i realized i was in grandmama's driveway -- woo hoo -- it was all fun and games after that. i felt bad after mama left because she tried to give me a hug and kiss and i just wanted to play. mama and papa had a great dinner out with friends and i had a super time singing and dancing and jumping and crawling and climbing -- oh, yes, auntie becky said tonight that i might be a gymnist when i grow up. hee hee, i just might be that a lot sooner. yeah, i'm good! i hear mama telling everyone i "drive her crazy" though. i don't understand though...i thought you drive a car?! oh well...i guess i'll understand that one later -- hee hee -- when i'm 18?!

so, yup, as you can tell, i feel lots better. i'm so happy to be able to go places again and i'm most glad that mama isn't making me rest anymore! ugh -- i'll never forget monday night before mom went to school, i had a fever and chills and do you know she thought i'd sit still under a blanket?! it was only 5 o'clock in the afternoon!? i don't know what she was thinking! no more rest for me!!!
