first festivities

i had my first school party on halloween! i know i'm really late in telling you about it, but i haven't forgotten. it was so much fun! i got to spend time with my special teachers, miss natalie and miss jennifer, and mom came to my classroom early! she was there when i woke up from my nap! i slept a lot that afternoon. i was bummed because mom didn't send me with my costume in the morning...she just had to take it to work to show off, so i missed out on when my friends got all dressed up in the morning. we were all so excited that it was halloween none of us slept in the morning, but boy did we pay for it in the afternoon. i took over a 2 1/2 hour nap!

so, mom and miss natalie got me and my friends all dressed up again so we could play a bit and take some pictures. some of us didn't like being in these things and some of my friends weren't happy, so it didn't last long. that's okay though. mom brought me over to grandmama's house after to start my halloween night. oh, and miss natalie wore her hair really funny that day! it was in two braids sticking out from her head! she was silly! miss jennifer looked just like herself...she didn't dress up, just like mom. maybe next year when i can talk i'll ask them to.
